What do i give my 7 & 1/2 month old baby with bad chest congestion and dry cough?

about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago my baby woke up with a bad cough and chest congestion out of no where he was coughing every 5 minutes non stop. took him to the urgent clinic since it was sunday and his dr was closed. they gave me albuterol to help with the cough/breathing (makes a wheezing sound every so often) and zithromax (said it was bronchitis) the next day took him to his dr and told me not to give him those med and they said he had ear infection and the congestion would clear up. also had x rays done to check for pneumonia ( thank God everything was fine) well 1 waited a week and he was still coughing w/chest congestion so i took him again this week. this time they gave me a steriod because he belives it could be croup. well it has been been 6 days and he still has bad chest congestion i can hear it everytime he breathes i have tried vapor rubs, humidifiers, but nothing i am going to make another appt. the chest congestion is what really worries me any suggestions thanks

Due to a bad business dealing with an IT company, we needed to host our domain ourselves. I have never done his before, but i figured out some things: I got a 4 year hosting account from godaddy, switched and set up the e-mails and got the domain switched over. It used to be that I could edit the website from any computer by logging in through /administrator (then it would take me to godaddy/joomla i believe), but now since the transfer I cannot. Another Stupid Car Question?

I'm basically car engine illiterate, so I apologize if this is a stupid question. I drive a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. A few days ago I spilled a little bit of oil as I was adding some. It resulted in a small fire as the engine was hot. The fire burned for less than 5 minutes..basicall while I tried to find something to put it out with Instinctively, I threw flour on the fire to smother the flames. It worked, but I ended up with flour residue burnt to some of the pipes of the engine...made it smell like flour was burning when I drove it. I bought some engine degreaser, sprayed it on, let it set, and rinsed it off. Took it in for an oil change the next day.The residue has since burnt off, but now there seems to be some smoke coming from the oil dipstick. How concerned should I be about this?

do an experiment on fuels. i like cars too. i always wonder how fuels differ thermally. you could choose to study methanol, gasoline, ehtanol, and diesel fuel. methanol is dangerous and can burn the skin. you can get a little cylinder and put a drop of the fule inside and ignite it and see if the cylinder rises or something. or you could see which one gives the most heat per drop. i stress the small quatity of "drops" for safety.

That is a tough one. I am 53 and have only had 2 dreams that I know were from the Lord in my whole life. I know they were from the Lord because they were the most vivid dreams I have ever dreamed and because of the symbolism. I could have never dreamed such symbolism. Amount Protein Intake?

Ok so for some basic info, I am an 18 year old male, 6'2, 183 (185 i'll explain later). I have started to lift pretty religiously for the past year or so but failed to see any real inspiring results. So for the past few days I have made a change that I surprsingly had not tried yet. I'm actually ingesting the suggested amount of protein I am supposed to. (1g of protein for evvery pound of body weight). As you might imagine, this has actually been fairly challenging, but I have done pretty well. However, I am already fairly concerned because in the past 48 hours I have put on nearly 4 pounds. Will taking in this much protein result in simply gaining fat? Considering I continue to lift. Well, if you are really that desperate, try co-sleeping. Bring her to your bed to sleep with you. When she does wake up in the night, pat her back or stomach and talk soothingly to her for a minute to (hopefully) get her back to sleep. Once she realizes you are always right there she should start sleeping more on her own. The only problem with co-sleeping is it's a very hard habit to break - both for the child (who won't want to sleep on their own later) and for the parents (because you are finally getting some sleep and breaking the habit will involve more exhaustion). Sure, it's not a perfect answer, but it's all that worked for me because I too refused to let them cry it out.

his new well should not affect yours. it's so much deeper than your well and than his house well that it's in a different water pocket. while this same pocket may seep upwards into shallower pools, it's not going to drain the water table. water that deep is usually spring fed, which means it's continually replenished. as for the shallower well, they do in fact affect each other during periods of drought because they are much closer to the surface and tend to be replaced through seepage from rain rather than through springs. as long as you are not having problems with your water supply i wouldn't worry too much. just be glad you don't have his electric bill to pay running that well pump all the time!

I don't think that this is so life threatening that I have to go see a doctor, but over the past few years I've had these small white pebble-looking things coming up into my throat and getting stuck there for a few hours, then coming into my mouth.. Poodle and Chihuahua problem?

Hi. We have a chihuahua and a poodle with us and they are very sweet. I'm sort of worried because our poodle keeps on on the chihuahua. It's like the only thing our poodle knows is to hump on her(poodle is male;chihuahua is female). They chase each other the whole day.The chase usually starts when the poodle smells the of the chihuahua, chi gets irritated, hides her with her tail and the chasing begins.I get dizzy by just watching them ran all day.They only rest for a couple of minutes and then repeat the chasing again. I am also very worried because the chihuahua may get tired of protecting herself and she's not even a half year old. Shes only 5 months. The poodle, we have no idea because he was only given to us. We don't know what his age is or if he was neutered. The only thing we know about him is that he received a shot/shots for anti-rabies. We are currently waiting for the poodle's paper be given to us by the old owner.We often leave them in the garden to socialize and then tie them when it's time to sleep. Need Help from Experienced African-American women and/or hairstylists please!!?

Ok I need help on how to help my hair become silky and bouncy and what products to use. Here are a few things to know about my hair. I have medium-textured, relaxed, VERY DRY, shoulder-length hair. The prob I have is my hair is really dry, and I cant get it to be bouncy, silky and shiny. If I flat iron with no product, it will be really bouncy and really MOVE, but not shiny at all. As soon as i put product in it, however, it becomes really shiny, but it gets weighed down and wont move anymore. Ive tried many products and even tried using a small amt. What should I do?!! How do I deal with my wife's infidelity?

My wife and I are swingers. If you live in the US you are missing the big picture. These particular manufacturers don't have a big presence in the US which is why they don't spend much in the way of advertising dollars in the US. Yes many people buy these bikes in America but I don't think we are their main target audience. How many Moto Guzzi's do you see on our roads compared to Honda's? Some Americans buy Lamborghini's also but you don't see their commercials in the US. I'm sure you do in Italy though. Good go at trying to make your chosen brand seem superior though...typical.

When in a conflict, try to breathe and think about what you say and do before you say and do it and if you are getting too heated, let the other party know that you need to take a time-out to calm down so that you don't lose control, and then come back to the situation once you have calmed down. Consider seeking counseling to deal with all of the feelings and stuff you have been through. This doesn't have to be it for the rest of your life. It can be better.

Awww, I feel really sorry for you. I've had my cats go missing befor and it's not fun. You should try leaving food out of you haven't all ready. Cats have amn amazing sense of direction so they should be able to find their way back. I've heard lots of stories of cats disappearing and just showing up weeks later, so don't lose hope. But I would advise you to keep your cats indoors. Indoor cats will have longer life spans and it's especially dangerous in areas with wild animals. I hope you find your cats good luck.
