Why does my chest hurt?

I am 13 years old and like 20 days of a month i have chest pain. the pain moves all over my chest and im getting kinda worried. i went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with bronchitis but i dont think i have that, i dont have the symptoms. Can someone tell me whats going on?
