Do you have any family members who?

wont ever give you compliments? no matter what , they just stare at you and think you look nice or notice something nice about you but wont say a darn thing to you .. all of my relatives on my moms side are like this , All the woman , my aunts , sisters even my mom. its sad really, at times i wonder if i really am related to these people. i am so different, anyone else feel like this? tonight i was out to dinner with some relatives , and the waitress was complimenting me on how young i look and she would not believe my age.. and that i had a son who is 23 sitting next to me , she said i look 30 ( i am 41 1/2 ) i do get told that all the time, but my own freekin mother was sitting right there and she just stared at me. god for bid she would say something nice like she does look young doesn't she . or isn't she pretty , geez anything no!!!!. thanks for reading i just wanted to vent.. i am a mom of 4 and i am very loving and complimentary to my kids...... i guess you cant pick who you are relayed to can you ..grrrrr
