Carson Palmer for Steve Slaton?

This was a trade that was accepted in my money league. It has not gone through yet. It was put to a vote. I vetoed against it. I mean isn't that the right decision. Because even though Palmer is struggling right now he did go in the 2nd round of my fantasy draft and Slaton was a free agenct pick up. So now i guess the guy is desperate for a running back and he is trying to get rid of Palmer. I mean i am not trying to screw the guy, i mean he needs a rb, but I think Palmer has more value then Slaton? What do you think? Would you veto that trade based on the unfairness of it?
