Wondering about a fellow..opinions needed...?

I work with this guy and every time he see's me, he's always complimenting me on my outfits always opening doors for me and we always have pleasant conversations. We are both busy so whenever we see each other he always make it a point to say 'hi ( it could be 20 times a day and he still says hello)'.. He gave me his cell number we've texted but not that much. Anyways, he has a wonderful personality.. but one of my co-workers says he's like that with some other girl that we work with.. Question: does he like me or just like to have attention by multiple girls? in all fairness, i've never seen him with other girls here like he is with me. however, he's very polite with everyone, but not like how he is with me...opinions, advice?? thanks in advance.
