I want to open a womens boutique,but need to know where i can buy trendy clothes at low costs.pls help?

I love all things to do with fashion and would love to buy or work with up and coming designers as i also have many fab ideas.My shop will open in the middle east and cyprus so it will be a great oppurtunity.I need anyones help if they know of any wholesalers or designers or shops i could kit my boutique out with.thankyou all.
