Does anybody know who this is?

I wrote a screenplay and this producer wants to produce it. His name is John J Bruno and his film company is Fire lotus Film Group. Has anybody heard of either one of them. He wants 200 for getting funds for this project. Can anbody tell me if this is legit or not. Thank you,,
