I need help determining if Warhammer 40,000 will work good on my pc?

Your rig looks good to go there, the game doesn't same to need high end equipment. The best advice on running games on your pc is to make sure your drivers are up to date, especially your sound and graphics, and that Directx9 is up to date, directx9 is updated every couple of months.
