How many white businessmen have been discriminated against?

when i was bidding government contracts. the minority advantage was 5%. i could bid 22 million on a contract, pay a black man 50k to sign his name, bid 23 million in his name. he gets the contract, i get the work,plus a million dollars. i sub contract the work. pay 30k to the politician that made it happen. the tax payer foots the bill. this affirmative action is robbery of the taxpayer for black votes. is this the change you hoped for?
