Rate my team as mavericks ?

Bobby Simmons, but your team is a 6/7 out of 10 you guys have no inside game whatsoever, your bench is horrible, and your three best players are 32 33 and I think 38. Might as well trade all three of them and get some young talent and start rebuilding. No offense just sayin.
