Do you answer the door?

If your not expecting anyone do you answer your door? I get random people in my house which is divided into 3 apartments at the top of a stairway, like a crazy looking biker dude one day who knocked and then left, and someone a while ago who knocked and left, I dont really know anyone around here so I never answer the door unless I'm expecting someone and they call first, are you the same way?
