Bikini Zone Bumps and Irritation?!?

Im 13 going 14 and have to shave my "area" all the time! (can't wax) Im used to it now but i still get small bumps there and on my inner thighs! Its not razor burn and i can't wax but i get so embarred when i see friends at the pool and they are like whats wrong with you "umm". i need a fool proof method i already heard shaving with the direction of hair so which razor would be best for that Venus breeze or Gilete fusion? and i already have bikini zone shave cream and i exfoliate "down there" HELP!!!!!!!!!! (my guy friends are coming to swim and i dont want them to be like uhhh ewww)
