Whats wrong with my feet? ?

about a year ago when i was starting with my fibromyalgia my feet started getting ice cold it doesnt matter if i wear my uggs and wool socks my feets are almost so cold their numb, also when i went to get a pedicure (which i have done before but not recently) i had to hVe them drain the tub and put some really lukewarm water in because when i put my feet into the hot water they felt lke they wer on fire! gaa whAts wrong with my feet?
