Siberian husky puppy or german shepard puppy?

im looking to get on of those dogs as puppies and theyll grow up. should i get a husky or shepard. i am a teen so which whould bond with me. also i have a 6 yr old female beagle. which gets along better. and shud get a girl or a boy. also which is a better guard dog. lastly what whould be an ideal price range
