Has anyone ever done online shopping and never recived waht tehy ordered?

has anyone ever done online shopping and ordered stuff and never revieveed it? i want to do most of my back to school clothing shopping from www.loserkids.com but i dont want to order it and give them my credit card number and then not recieve the clothing? has that ever happend to anyone? i just wnat to know what my chances would be of not recieving the clothing.. thanks!
