I have recently been diagnosed with hepatitis c-genotype 2 does anyone know of a natural remedy or cure?

I am very reluctant to take interferon and ribivan. I have researched these treatments and do not feel comfortable taking them. Does anyone have suggestions besides milk thistle about what I can do?
